OmniCoa is extracted using food grade solvents. This extract is further purified in a multi-step process and is finally spray dried to obtain a free flowing granular dust-free powder.
Selected raw materials (cocoa beans) from Barry Callebaut combined with the customized extraction technology from Ajinomoto OmniChem, allows the production of extracts with a very high concentration of cocoa polyphenols (more than 45%).
Only technologies and processes compliant with international regulations governing the production of food additives or processing aids are used. Our production facilities are operated according to c-GMP principles (ICHQ7A) and are regularly inspected by both international regulatory authorities and customers.
